Our young kitchen team, led by chef Edwin Griessen, will spoil you with typical Swiss dishes, prepared in a contemporary way. We specialise in regional, seasonal and market-fresh products. Personal contact with our suppliers is very important to us.
Our changing menus of the day are served daily from 11.30 am to 2 pm. Afterwards we spoil you with appetising delicacies from the afternoon menu. Are you allergic? No problem, if you have any questions please contact our service staff who will be happy to provide you with competent information.
In our restaurant you can enjoy sophisticated cuisine, prepared from the best fresh products of the region. Our specialities are famous in the game season, because our game is shot by the chef himself! It doesn't get any fresher and more regional than this.
Where hospitality and warmth are the order of the day. Our rustic lounge bar is the social meeting point for young and old, locals as well as tourists.
We have a classic regular's table, which is not only reserved for the guests from the village. Anyone can sit there and enjoy a drink with them!
